DELIVERY AND RETURNS
I aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of your order, during busy times this may be a little longer.
Usually UK orders are sent by Royal Mail first class which aims to deliver in 1-2 working days. Larger parcels may be sent second class or by courier which takes three to five working days to arrive.
Shipping for all orders in the UK is weight based.
Please ensure you are available to take delivery of your parcel and that your address is correct.
This service is signed for only and in the unlikely event that your goods are not delivered, Rhubarb Patch cannot be held liable and in placing an order you are agreeing to these terms. If you would like to insure your order or pay an additional fee for a trackable service, please select this at the checkout.
If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, unused orders may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Once the returned item(s) are received, the charges will be refunded to you (though initial and return postage costs are non-refundable). Please obtain proof of postage at the post office.
Used items cannot be returned; fabric must not be washed or altered in any way and patterns must be unopened. Used items that are returned will not be refunded.
Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost unless it has been missing 15 working days in the UK. If you believe your parcel has been lost, please email. However, we normally ask for you to wait that long before we can replace your order.

Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the address is entered correctly. Please double check the address as we will NOT be responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that was entered by the buyer.
